Even though we are officially out of summer, fleas and ticks are still at an all time high! We have seen a LOT of patients lately with live fleas on them.

Please continue to use preventatives as fleas will survive down to 32F and ticks down to 10F!! (so we always recommend protecting your pet year round 🐾)

Did you know....more pets go missing on the 4th of July than any other day of the year? Make sure your pet is wearing a collar with an up-to-date ID tag, is microchipped, and keep them secured to prevent runaways during firework season.
