Croftboro Homeowners Association, Inc. Croftboro Farms is a horse community located in Oldham county, Kentucky. We have 191 single family homes located within the subdivision.

HOA restrictions are in the photos. Croftboro Homeowners Association, Inc. was organized on March 22, 1992 by residents as a residential real estate management association within the meaning of Section 528 of the Internal Revenue Code. This page is being established as a means for the residences to communicate with one another about current happenings within the community and the county at large and for communication to extend to the board of directors of the association.

Well it is happened again this year just as it has in the past years we spent last night and this morning making up really nice signs advertising our neighborhood yard sale and we have just been informed that the signs have been removed again if anybody knows who is doing this please report it to the board!
