Animal Control will be closed on Monday (9/01) for Labor Day.
We are hoping for a fun and safe long holiday weekend for everyone!

I am told that our Volunteer Adoption Coordinator is available to do some meets this weekend... by appointment. If you have been considering adoption or have seen a dog posted who might be your perfect match, call or text 707-951-4571 to set up an appointment to meet our dogs!

Remember these little cuties? They were the four puppies dumped on the dog pound property while we were closed. Lainey, Dash, Chase, & Zipper had all received much-needed baths, flea treatment, dewormer, vaccines, and spay/neuter surgery. They also ALL found new homes with families who love them.

HERE’S why I am posting… someone saw dogs being dumped over the dog pound fence tonight. They sent a message to me. I drove out there to find TWO more puppies from the same litter as the above-mentioned puppies AND an adult male who could be dad!
In my original post, I commented that we’d LOVE to help get the mom dog spayed….
Now I’m saying… we’ve now taken 7 dogs and will do the same for the current three that we did for the first four….PLEASE let us spay momma OR, if you’d prefer, bring her to me! Either way, reach out to Eileen @ 707-464-7235 or on our Facebook Messenger.
