Grrrrreat news for our Scooby….
Scooby received some love, continued training, and so much more from a wonderful and treasured foster family…..AND, has now been adopted into a family of his very own!!!!

Many thanks to Dogs of Del Norte volunteers for driving Scooby up north which allowed him to begin his journey to his new forever!!! Thanks bunches to his foster family Dharma, Dan, and their furkids!!! Thanks to the Mila’s Mutts crew and everyone who shared Scooby’s posts!!! Thanks also to Scooby’s handlers for giving him a fantastic foundation in training and showing him love, kindness, loyalty, respect, and trust.
Thank you to Fisherman’s Restaurant for sponsoring Scooby during his time in training at Pelican Bay State Prison!!!

Adopt me and let the fun begin!

Hercules is a big, goofy, playful guy who hasn't met a living creature he didn't like. He's great with other dogs, didn't mind a cat at all, and has a soft spot for kids! This boy is ALWAYS happy and loves to cuddle with his humans. He likes a good game of fetch, enjoys running and wrestling with his pup friends, and settles down nicely after play.

This big handsome boy has already completed lots of training! He is 1 year old, and has graduated from the Prison Paws Partnership. He knows sit, stay, down, leave it, come, shake, let's go, wait, and more! He is happy to showoff his skills anytime!

He is 68 lbs., up to date on vaccines, flea treatment, and dewormer. He's neutered and microchipped.

Our boy Scooby is currently being fostered in Washington and available for adoption.
We are very grateful to his fosters for making him feel loved and showing him what living in a wonderful home feels like. We are also thankful for the updates and info….
Foster family says that Scooby has had no accidents in the house and sleeps nicely through the night in his crate. He’s an energetic boy who is crazy about his fetch game and loves his playtime with other dogs (large and small) and will adjust his play style accordingly. He appreciates a good leash walk and is learning to trust as he experiences many new things. This sweet boy loves a good belly-rub and is the world’s best snuggler! 💚

Scooby is a 1-year-old mixed breed. 73% German Shepherd, 18.7% Boxer, & 8.3% Miniature Pinscher. 🤭

He is a little bit shy/nervous when meeting new people but relaxes pretty quickly. He is not comfortable in big crowds. He’d prefer to be at home with his people, chillin’ inside or out playing in the yard. He is a playful guy who loves to run and wrestle with his dog friends. He would enjoy having a canine playmate in the home. Scooby has met a cat and would do okay in a home with one, with proper introduction.
He weighs approximately 60 pounds. He is up to date on vaccines, flea treatment, and dewormer. He's neutered and microchipped.

Superbowl Sunday….
I’m not very thrilled with football, but it’s a lot of fun hearing my human friends chant my name while I’m fetching tennis balls! Hercules! Hercules! Hercules! I get a kick out of chasing down a bouncy ball! I’ll push a hard plastic ball around the ball run for fun! Ohhhh…and meatballs! Who doesn’t love meatballs?!?!?
The only thing that would make my Sunday Fundays SUPER fun is a family of my very own to share them with!!!

I know everyone remembers this beautiful girl.... Olive was pulled from the program before her training was finished because she was having a difficult time adjusting to the environment.... BUT she wants everyone to know that she is Happy Happy Happy and has found a family who is showering her with love!!! Olive has a lovely future ahead of her and we couldn't be happier for her!
