Carolina Coops began as an idea of how nice it would be to have fresh eggs available every day, while living within city limits. Inspired by a love for animals, a talent for woodworking, and a unique business opportunity, the combination became a dream come true. I got to capture the moment today that I miss so much. Just Gnon and I out of the building and in front of one of our beautiful display coops. This has not happened in 15 years. So nice to start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Also these customers drove all the way down from Ohio to NC.
