REINdear applications are on the front porch of the Youth Service Bureau to pick up or you can get them from your child’s school. This year we also have added the application to our REINdear page on our website at www.mcysb.org. You can download the PDF and print it off that way if you wish. If you turn in a YSB form and not one from a school or agency, please remember to turn in your documentation showing proof of need and residency in Montgomery County with your application. The fee also needs to be turned in with the application. We will not be able to process applications that do not have the correct documentation needed. We do attach a list of rules with the application that says what will qualify as proof. Please put applications, documents and fees all into an envelope and then put your envelope in the mailbox on the front porch of the YSB. Applications are due to us by October 6th! Let’s all have a Happy Holiday season!

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team for commercial cleaning assignments, starting as soon as possible.

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must be a thorough and dependable cleaner
• No experience necessary – training is provided (experience is appreciated)
• Must be available for flexible scheduling (every other Tuesday after 5:30 -every Friday after 5:30pm and or Saturdays) Sunday Off .
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• No felony convictions

📅 Appointment Confirmations:
All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning.
If an appointment is not confirmed within that timeframe, it will need to be rescheduled, and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. Please note — rescheduled cleanings will be booked based on our next available opening, not within the same week.

💰 Payment Policy:
Payment is due the same day of service.
Any payments not received by the end of the cleaning day will incur a late fee.

Your Everyday Services: Elevate Your Home to Your Standards. During my visit, I will work through a customized to-do list and/or the following basics: Pricing: $150 up to 2 hours. If you provide a list, I will prioritize your requests and then proceed with the tasks below: Clean all countertops and wipe down items on counter, Clean all cabinet fronts, Clean bathrooms including tubs and toilets, Dust Fans, Dust Blinds, Baseboard touch-up (dust), Empty garage cans, Mop, and Vacuum.

Add-on's: Clean refrigerator - starting at $45, Oven deep clean - starting at $40.

TIPS: To maximize the visit, consider tidying up floors, clearing counters, and securing jewelry, medications, and unnecessary items.

FYI: To book repeat cleans, kindly notify me on the same day of service to schedule recurring appointments.

We are seeking to fill one part-time🌟 position (leading to full time )for our expanding team. This role will involve driving your vehicle to some of the cleans so a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Ideal candidates will have cleaning experience, but we can train the right individual.

Requirements include being a non-smoker during working hours, having a clean background, being drug-free, reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and being a team player. Availability is required Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with varying schedules. A driver's license and transportation are also necessary.

Also looking for a one part time position to fill for all commercial cleans weekly.

I just wanted to give all my clients and potential client in a little update on something that took place this week. Unfortunately I had an unexpected emergency happen on Sunday to where I needed emergency surgery and I was internally bleeding and needed two units of blood. I am on bedrest doing much better I was remitted Two days ago and just got back out yesterday. They still have found more blood and fluid, but not enough to do surgery again at the moment, we are pausing a lot of potential clients. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but it is just Shayla working at this moment. I am on a restricted bedrest for three weeks. I do apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, my health is very important as we all know and I am sure everyone understands, but I just wanted to give a friendly update. I do apologize for any walk-throughs that have not been completed this week due to me being in the emergency room and also been admitted into the hospital Under close eye due to a medical condition that just appeared Shayla is doing her very best and she has been working very hard out in the Cleaning field for us and I just want to say please just be patient with her on the cleaning days and times because it is just her right now and she has been working Such a tremendous amount of hours to make sure all of our clients are taken care of. I’m sorry for this long post, but I have been unable to reach out to every individual and plus our waiting list and new potential clients that are looking for a walk-through. I am on the healing journey and I will be back soon
