To Our Valued Clients,
Until we receive instructions otherwise, we will be staying open for dog walking and pet sitting for anyone who needs to work during this health crisis. I am doing my best to accommodate the needs of our clients and continue to offer a way for my staff to be paid. If you need service, or need to cancel, please contact your dog walkers directly.
Like many other small businesses, my staff is comprised of independent contractors and they have been hit HARD by the closures. They would not qualify for unemployment under the current guidelines and they rely on their regular clients to support their family. I would ask that if you are financially able, that you consider still continuing paying for regular service, even if you don’t want walkers to come to the house. Or, we have set up a way where you can contact our bookkeeper, to donate towards their expenses during this difficult time. I hate to even ask, but we count on our clients to stay in business and hope that the level of service we have provided to your animals 365 days a year, for the past twelve years, combined with the human aspect of this crisis, will implore you to do what you can to help.
