I met this pretty lady today. Shalimar had a vestibular event, similar to vertigo in people and has been struggling more with her mobility since then.

We plan to use laser therapy, acupuncture and some manual therapies in addition to her current pain medications to get her feeling comfortable and maintain her mobility.
