Looking forward to June!!!
It was a long day driving Lil Dot down to Kansas to meet her new boyfriend Slash today!!!
So hopefully there will be puppies born around the middle of June!!! 🐶🐕🐾🐾❤️❤️
This was the first time I have met Slash in person and I have to say, he is such a very nice boy.
This paring between the two are going to produce some awesome field trial, hunt test and family dogs!!
Both parents are OFA certified hips and elbows, and PFK and PRA clear!

Well Oliver ran his final field trials for the spring. Needless to say we have the rest of spring and all of summer to get him to quit breaking at the steady!!! This has been a great learning process for both Oliver and I. And hopefully we can both get it to click at the same time‼️‼️🤞🤞😊❤️

Well Oliver and I got through our first field trial alive 😆 🤣
We made it through the first series good enough to make it to the 2nd series. Oliver and I had a slow start at the beginning, but picked up the pace, and he flushed 2 birds and stayed steady at both flushes, not shots for the wind was pretty strong and they had to let the birds fly away. But I was so proud of him ‼️‼️🙂 The second series was better, he honored a shot from the other dogs and recalled to me great!!! His first bird was scared up by a person walking out of the field, so on to the second bird and he flushed it and stayed steady until it was shot down and he retrieved it after a little help for he didn't see it land. But all in all we had a blast, and the nerves went away ‼️‼️ I'm so proud of my boy‼️‼️❤️❤️❤️
Now we will be running another field trial this coming weekend and again the last weekend of March.
We met so many nice people that helped us out!!
And thanks to Alanah Bonney for taking pictures!!!
This was the first time Oliver and his sidekick Coach was ever in a hotel 😆 🤣 😂 Needless to say they hogged the bed!! 🤣🤣

Well just a couple of days left and Oliver and I will be heading to our first field trial at Zenda Kansas ‼️‼️
I'm excited and nervous, but Oliver has improved so much on his steady to wing and shot!!!
We have practice tomorrow and we leave on Wednesday and run on Thursday. One good thing is the weather down there is going to be very nice, thank goodness 😊 I've been told to just trust my dog and that is exactly what I'm going to do!!!
It's going to be a lot of FUN‼️‼️
