UPDATE: Gilly has been spoken for. Should things change, I will update!

Meet Gilly. Gilly is a Morkie and will soon be 11 weeks old and is looking for a new furever home. Shes current on her shots, with two rounds remaining. Due to health issues with her owner, she’s just more than her owner can keep up with being a typical rambunctious puppy. I know there is someone out there who would love to take her in and give her a loving new home, so who’s it gonna be?🐶

Can you help find this mama dog and pup a new home? They were dumped a couple months ago at a client’s home. Both are females, mama is probably around a year old and the pup around 14 weeks old now. They have been updated on vaccinations. Mom appears to be a Lab mix and the pup, Lab/Terrier.

“Lola (mama dog) and Lany (puppy)

Both are great with children and other dogs. The mom is house-trained, and as of a couple of weeks ago, the puppy seems to be house-trained as well.

Both dogs are very docile, great with other pets and are wonderful with children. I believe the mama dog has had some retrieving training, as she is very good with fetching and bringing back what she retrieves. Mama is very smart, loving, quiet and obedient.”

Update: All systems are good to go!

Dear Customers,
We are currently going through a transition with our phone system and business number, 918-486-2052, so if we miss a call or you notice our voicemail is rather plain for a bit, we apologize and ask that you be patient with us until we get it all straightened out. This may also delay us getting back to you in a timely manner. If you have an urgent situation or emergency, the following options are available:

Tulsa Animal Urgent: (918) 417-8887
Animal Emergency Center: (918) 665-0508
OVS: (918) 299-4900

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Hopefully, this is resolved by Monday!

We often get calls about wildlife that have been found abandoned, injured or displaced from their normal habitat. If you happen to encounter that situation, it’s best to contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator to assist with that particular situation. They can best advise you as to what you should do or where to go when it comes to the particular kind of wildlife you have encountered. Below is a list of names and numbers you can contact across the state by the various counties!

ODWC does not rehabilitate wildlife. Check this list to find a wildlife rehabilitator in your county and a list of the species they accept

Did you know Dr. Leroy Coggins, an OSU CVM graduate of 1957, developed the life-saving Coggins Test in 1970?

The Coggins test screens horses, mules and donkeys for Equine Infectious Anemia which can be a potentially fatal disease. Dr. Coggins was a true pioneer in veterinary medicine! 🐴🏅
