In response to the slander and lies being put out there on dog breeder David Mitchell, I found it absolutely necessary to address this directly, in order to put things in perspective. To ensure that this situation of defamation is corrected, legal action is being taken. My reputation as a breeder has been built on doing sound business and being very ethical, and being associated with bad business practices is something that's not taken lightly. The matter between Chris, Mark, and myself was a situation that was supposed to be beneficial to everyone involved.
First: I was informed by Mark that Chris needed assistance getting his dogs from California to Conyers, GA and for half of the dogs to be in the kennels I have on site. It was agreed by all parties involved that this entire process was a partnership. I was told it was a go and all of the kennel cost, food, vet bills, C-sections and stud fee would be split. Long story short I ended up kenneling all the dogs, covering the food bills, and vet fees. Chris did give me 200 twice. Mark didn't give me anything for the bills, Chris also told me that he gave Mark 200, I never was told this by mark. I spoke with Chris and keep trying to have all three of us to sit down because I was getting different stories from both of them. After paying 600 for ac bills over the summer, 3000 in vet bills, and1000 in food bills. I realized that non of the females were pregnant and I needed to cut my loses. I told both guys that I was out and told Chris that I would need to give him his dogs back. It took weeks until he was able to get them. I I told him that he could give me one of the dogs and I would take the loss on everything else. We agreed that I would breed the one female to his male when she came into heat and he would get a puppy. Now this has broke down and Chris wants the dog back and I am to take the loss. I was not ok with this and it was at this point that we have come to the lies on the net. As Chris has post his side of the story online some other have added there thoughts. It is now that I have found out that another deal that I Have done with Mark has gone wrong. I purchased a English bulldog dog from Mark for 2000 and a puppy back. She a very nice blue tri. I found out after that she was not his free and clear that the puppy back was owed to the real owner. Long story short the female had a heart problem and lost all of the pups. I want to give the dog back and get my money back. I was told no, but later was traded another dog for her. I realized that I had lost out and would have to settle for this. This is not to put anyone on blast, but to put the truth out there. My good name is being lied on and run threw the mud and I wanted the truth to be known
