⭐ SALES AGREEMENT ⭐
Please read over our updated sales agreement before placing a deposit on any of our rabbits. This sales agreement goes for our Holland Lops, Dutch, and Crème D'Argents.
• We are a closed rabbitry, therefore, we do not allow others to visit our home. This is for the safety of us, our herd, and to prevent any illness. With that being said, all rabbits are in good health to the best of our knowledge. If a hold is placed on a rabbit and he/she passes while in our care, the buyer will be refunded or a replacement of equal value will be offered. Once the rabbit leaves our care, we do not provide refunds.
• All rabbits are listed as pet or brood quality unless stated otherwise. I do not guarantee how rabbits will do at ARBA/FFA/4H shows. Of course, we hope our babies will do well at shows and would love to hear how they do! Buyers must be 18 years or older unless you are a youth breeder, to which then a parent's consent is required.
• We require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Deposits can be placed through Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal friends and family. If using PayPal goods and services, please keep in mind that a small fee will be added. If no deposit is received within 24 hours of inquiring then the rabbit is up for grabs to the next person unless stated otherwise. We have the right to refuse a sale if we see fit at any point throughout the transaction. Remaining payment is due at time of pick up if meeting locally or 3 days before us meeting transport.
• Holds can be placed on a rabbit no younger than 7 weeks old. Rabbits can leave our rabbitry as early as 8 weeks of age if picked up in person. If using transport, I would prefer rabbits to leave no younger than 10 weeks of age. This is not a requirement but a suggestion. We breed for our rabbitry first and foremost. My goal is to better my herds type, therefore, we will hold onto a few babies. If we decide not to grow them out then we will list them on our page once they're old enough.
• We do work with reliable transportation for our rabbits. Transport must be set up by the buyer and any transport fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please be aware that there are potential risks with using transport. We are not responsible for any sickness or death that can occur while the rabbit is on transport. We are also not responsible for any refunds regarding transport fees. Please make sure to check with transport and confirm with me before sending a deposit on a rabbit. • We do our absolute best to check the gender of a rabbit multiple times before they leave our care. There are occasions where a rabbit might be mistaken for the opposite gender. By moving forward with the sale, you are agreeing that gender is not 100% guaranteed.
• There are certain occasions where a rabbit doesn't work out in someone's herd. We do not mind if you need to move a rabbit purchased from us. If you plan on moving a rabbit purchased through RTR, we ask for the option to buy back said rabbit. We may pass on buying back a rabbit due to limited space. If we decide to buy the rabbit back, it will be at the original sold price unless the rabbit has received legs/achievements at any ARBA shows.
