Last call for a 1/4 of beef that will be cut tomorrow from 18 month old steer

$825 for quarter cut and packaged.

I would estimate between 100 to 120 lb of meat with a 50 to 60% yield of hanging weight.

Cuts to include steaks, roast, brisket and hamburger.

Have one 1/4 remaining.

If anyone is looking for a 1/4 of a Beef. I have a 1/4 that will be ready around the 23rd. 3.25/lb hanging weight, and you pay the butchering at Riverstreet butchering in Elkland Pa. It weighs 201 lb, and is from an approximate 20 month old hereford/angus cross steer
