We are partners with PetSmart Charities and have dogs and cats available for adoption at the Covington PetSmart every saturday noon-4 p.m. We also have our animals listed on PetFinder and Adoptapet, which you can access by going to our website. Got old sneakers? We’ll take ‘em! 🐈‍⬛ 🐾👟 Give your old tennis shoes a new purpose by donating them to St. Tammany Animal Resource Team !

We are collecting athletic shoes of all kinds- sneakers, tennis shoes, skate shoes, running shoes, and hiking shoes, to raise funds for our trap neuter release program, feral colonies, and our fosters.

Every pair of shoes helps kitties in our community get the food and veterinary care they need and deserve while keeping cat populations under control through TNR.

Shoes can be dropped off outside of Bare Goods Market at 2254 First Street in Olde Towne Slidell.

Here is Jinx, our Maine Coon/Domestic Medium Hair mix and 4-5yrs old.

He is gorgeous and knows it. Jinx is not a cuddle bug, but will happily sit near you and guard your snacks. Would do best in a calm home that will give him the space to roam and rule. Tolerant of other cats, but would prefer his own domain.

Jinx is not in the cat room, but is placed with a foster currently for some TLC.
