UPDATE 6/11/26: I am pleased to report that my injury is healing favorably. Fortunately, there is no displacement of my bone, and surgery will not be required. However, I will remain out of work for an additional two weeks, with an anticipated return-to-work date of the 6th, pending a successful recovery.

As indicated by the x-ray, the affected area is calcifying nicely, although a slight crack remains. The bruising and swelling have decreased, and movement has become easier, but I am still unable to form a closed fist.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has inquired about my well-being and offered support during this time.

So my first night was a challenging one, but thankfully the pain medication kicked in, allowing me to get some much-needed rest. My poor little fingers look like sausages.😂😂😂

 I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who left kind words and reached out to me! It's truly uplifting to know I have such a loyal and supportive network of friends/clients .😭😭😭😭

 I'm still waiting to have my cast/brace put on, and I have a follow-up appointment in two weeks for more x-rays to ensure everything is healing properly. Maybe I'll be back to work sooner - fingers crossed!

IMPORTANT NOTICE please read: Today, May 28th, I (Meghann) experienced a temporary setback - a hairline fracture in my right hand. Fortunately, it's a minor break, and with the right care, I'll be back to full strength in no time. According to my doctor's expert advice, I'll be taking a four-week break to ensure a smooth and surgery-free recovery.

I'm exploring ways to continue serving my clients during this period, and I appreciate your understanding if this isn't possible. I want to express heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me over the past six years. Your loyalty means the world to me, and I'm committed to making a strong comeback. I'm counting on your continued support and look forward to resuming my services soon.

I will be going tomorrow to get a cast/brace and I will be working on rescheduling an appointment and figuring out what the next step is for the next four weeks
