This is what your dog looks like when you walk into the grooming shop! We love that your dog is so happy to see you, BUT, if we aren't finished with your pet's grooming, especially if your dog is still on the table, completing the grooming after your dog sees you can be very challenging.

For this reason, we ask that you don't come to the shop before we have called you. Rest assured, we will call you as soon as your dog is ready to be picked up. If we haven't called, your pet is likely not ready to go home.

A little reminder ❤️

When we say we will call you when your dogs ready this is for the safety of your dog.

When you pop you head in or speak to your dog while it's being groomed on the table YOU are putting your dog in risk of injury.

1. Your dog will want to jump off the table to see you.

2. Your dog will get excited and jerk away from the Stylist while they hold extremely sharp scissors and other tools close to them.

3. It then takes the groomer longer to finish as we then have to wait 10 or so minutes for your dog to calm down before we can comence grooming again with our sharp scissors.

We are an open salon and everyone loves this please don't ruin it for everyone else, if people do not respect this we will have to groom behind closed doors like many others

We are grateful that your on time but please if you ever arrive early to collect, just call the salon and advise us your out the front and we will pop out once safe to do so.
