The new front porch! This past winter has definitely has some challenges to overcome, and they still seem to be coming. All in all, I can see the green in the grass and the shoots of the spring flowers trying to make their way towards the sun! I look forward to 2026 with some exciting projects and transformations for the farm and the house!

Flat River Equestrian in Coventry RI will have a block of 4-6 rough board stalls for a trainer. I was also thinking perhaps setting up a CoOp for semi rough board all for April/May time frame. All board option includes hay and access to the entire facility. We are private facility with no lesson program or lesson/training requirements. You can bring your own trainer as well. All disciplines Welcome! Experienced horse owner lives onsite.

Facilities include-

- Indoor arena - 80x200 - regularly maintained
- Outdoor arena 125x200 regularly maintained
- Tack room with onsite laundry
- Individual all day turnout- new footing that drains very well with the very safe, no climb fence with top rope electric
- Trails on farm and off farm close by
- Outdoor wash stall
- Fields and hills for conditioning
- On site clinics for all disciplines
- Full set of show jumps
- WiFI set up for camera monitoring for your horse

Moving is not fun! First night with the entire family at Flat River! I have a nice solid wood crib and dresser (dresser drawers need some tweaking, and some new hardware) it’s free to whoever wants to come pick it up! In Hope RI. I really don’t want to throw it away! On queen sleigh bed and mirror if anyone needs one (not as nice as the crib)
