We do love our sausage here at the farm. We keep our freezers stocked and it's pretty nice knowing where our pork comes from! If you have been thinking about stocking your freezer for the winter, we want to suggest you letting us help you out! You can get half a hog or a whole hog, processed and ready for your freezer within a few weeks, but we are taking deposits now as the hogs are being claimed quickly!

Starting tomorrow, we are having a Labor Day special where you can pay just $50 as a deposit which puts your name on the list and you can claim your side of hog. All you have to do is give us a call or send a message, we'll discuss the size of hog you want and dates of delivery, you pay your deposit and you'll be filling your freezer in a short time with local, all-natural, pasture-raised pork! Hurry and make your deposit before all the sausage is gone!

This past weekend was very productive on the farm! We harvested 🐓47 CHICKENS🐓 and now it's time for them to be sold. These chickens are pasture raised and harvested humanely. 👉🏼As you can see, we're sharing some pictures from the harvesting process. One chicken is prepared at a time. We even have our own barrel plucker!

Round 2 on the farm! Pumpkin also had 9 piglets this morning, and one of them is white with black spots (Gabriel said he looks like a cow). I guess that little piglet is a throwback because we've never had any white pigs on our farm. No matter, they're all beautiful!
