As hard as it is to see these puppies leave we definitely have found them some fantastic homes. White Boi has made it safe to meet his new owner miss Cat Perry in Ohio. She is there competing in the AKC national obedience championship.

We got our hands on some pigeons this evening and unfortunately for them the puppies went absolutely wild. When you breed them right you get the right results. Everything we expected out of this litter has exceeded our expectations.

On a night when this country celebrates its freedom with booms that echo for miles, this litter reminded me exactly why we do what we do.

Every pup out here tonight held their ground. No shaking, no hiding, no fear — just confident little retrievers taking it all in. That’s not luck. That’s careful breeding paired with deliberate early exposure, and it’s the same foundation that turns puppies into the kind of dogs that sit rock-steady in a layout blind when the shotguns start ringing at legal light.

The Fourth of July is one of the best real-world previews we get of a young dog’s future in the field. Based on what I saw tonight, this group has a bright road ahead.
