⚠️Don't miss the next "Ask The Trainer" ZOOM class

Sunday, August 16, 2026 join us at 530pm PT to discuss how we can exercise our dogs without wearing ourselves out. I have clients all over the U.S., from different walks of life, with a large variety of breeds and mixed breeds. Something most pet people have in common is limited time and energy, but they want a healthy, happy dog. So I am going to discuss and demonstrate various ways you can meet your dog's physical and mental needs; none of which include endless hours of fetch😉

The look that tells you your dog NEEDS to go visit the vet MORE often🤦‍♀️

Last time we were there, Halle was about 7 months old and had zero issues. As with most owners, I haven't made it a priority to continue taking her in to my veterinary clinic just for visits. The vet tech and Dr. Ponozzo were GREAT with her today, but we will now prioritize visits to desensitize her. It benefits everyone when your dog can comfortably go for their vet care!

Thank you Snake River Four Paws for bringing such an amazing opportunity to the LC Valley!!

This is dog training too, lol. I was able to rent the dock and pool at Snake River Four Paws for an hour to work with my dogs. Pax and Grogu don't see a clear reason to get into the pool. Neither are risk takers. So we focused on them being obedient outside of their comfort zones. Learning to trust my judgement, which can be applied later to other uncomfortable situations we may encounter.

Halle, who started the process feeling similar as the other two, is more of a risk taker. And she discovered quickly she loves jumping into the pool for a toy. So now we are adding rules to the game😉!

🚨1 day Tracking/Trailing training in Western Washington, Saturday October 3, 2026🚨

I'm going to be on the west side for a few days in October 2026 and wanted to give teams I have worked with a chance to get in a good day of training without the logistics of travel. I am planning for urban unless everyone has other ideas, lol. Message me or email [email protected] to sign up.

Today was HUGE🤯💥🥰!!!

I finally cut out some time for my 3 working dogs, Pax, Grogu and Halle. Cass Frary with Snake River Four Paws made it super easy to coordinate bringing my pups in to Lewiston to try out the new pool and dock setup at their training location. Pax and Gu both had fun, but need a little more practice to be at ease with the whole process. But Halle, who has been VERY adverse to getting her feet wet anywhere, was totally game! And with Cass and Gene's guidance, she excelled🎉🎉🎉

The whole setup is extremely professional and insanely FUN!! I have not had that much fun with my dogs in a long time. And there was still opportunities to practice some obedience as well, lol. We will definitely be regulars there💓

Hey Everyone!
My name is Jessica and I have been Professional Groomer and Dog Trainer for 7 years. I am a AKC Evaluator, certified in CPR for Cats & Dogs.
As someone who is surrounded by dogs most days, I understand each dog that walks through the door is unique. That is why I work 1 on 1. They get the undivided attention. The calmness of just myself and the dog.
