It's always an honor to be asked to judge the 4-H Dog Show at the Idaho County Fair. The kids this year demonstrated how hard they've worked to train their dogs. I love seeing youth taking an active interest in how to properly care for and train their dogs.

‼️TRACKING/TRAILING SEMINAR (Urban)‼️

August 30-31, 2025 near Wi******er, Idaho. I have limited working spots for urban tracking. We can accommodate novice through experienced teams. Cost is $250 for 2 days.

Auditor spots are available as well. This gives you an opportunity to watch and ask questions as these teams work through various tasks and scenarios. Cost to audit is $75 for 2 days.

We will be training in Wi******er as well as in surrounding towns.

Sloan joined our Puppy Kindergarten Board & Train yesterday. Her people have gotten her off to a strong start, so we started the day walking to the park and hanging out for some great socialization ❤️

I have got to get better about taking photos during classes🤦‍♀️

I wanted to commend all of the handlers and their puppies that attended our Workshop today! The handlers recognized it takes training and planning to have wonderful canine companions, and they had all started the process before coming to class. Nice leash handling skills and good communication with their puppies! As you can see from the photos, by the end of the workshop, puppies were tired❤️

Today, at 13.5 years old, we said goodbye to K-9 Cassi z Chotinskeho Udoli AKC CGC TKI IPWDA Crime Scene cadaver dog (retired)
AKA: Cassi 😭😭😭

There is so much to say about this phenomenal dog! I hardly know where to start or end. There was no denying she was quirky, but she was the hardest working dog I have ever met. There was no end to her drive, especially for HRD and obedience. When she wasn't searching, or playing games at home like softball, she was my demonstration dog. She was the dog that helped so many clients' reactive dogs. She was worth her weight in gold!

To be clear, I couldn't take credit for her strong start. She came to me from my friends Milan Brunovsky and Hana Šustrová at almost 2 years old. She loved to learn and train and it was beautiful what they did with her in obedience! She could have gone on to title in IPO (IGP now), but her desire and love of searching (hunting) was too great of an opportunity to pass up.

I can already hear people telling their stories about their encounters with her, lol. She was remarkable! I will remember her always as she was such an incredible addition to our pack, and the one who helped shape me into the trainer I am today. She always made me want to be better🥹❤️

Halle spent time getting some socialization this morning. A new park where kids were playing, people were walking their dogs, and there was a pickle ball game happening next to us. She never batted an eye at any of it🥰
