All the babies went home today; except Hawaii, who I’ll be posting later. It’s always bitter sweet but we try to focus on the amazing new lives they are going to have. It was as easy with TikTok though. She was picked up today by her new family and showed in the playpen that she was cool with it. Hard on my heart but now I feel better knowing she is in great hands. 🥰

Our application form is temporarily closed. Our hamster adoption program has been an incredible success, and we are overjoyed by the outpouring of support! We are incredibly grateful for your patience and involvement, as it has allowed us to create a brighter future for our furry friends. The waitlist for our hamster adoption program will hopefully reopen on January 1st, 2024, and we cannot wait to connect even more pets with loving homes. Thank you for your continued interest and kindness towards our sweet hamsters. As we move forward, let us continue to spread love and compassion to all the animals in our lives. Together, we can create a brighter world for our animal companions!

Just a little update. Unfortunately, none of the babies from Star and TikTok have survived 😞. Rip lil ones. Your lives although short will not be forgotten.
On the positive side, Scarlet gave birth to her second litter and she has 5 2-week old babies. I’ll probably do an instagram live once I bring them out in the living room.
Even though it breaks my heart, I have decided to rehome some of our retired mamas. TikTok is a black tortoiseshell long hair Rex who is around 5 months old. After her failed litter I have decided that it would be better for her to be retired. She is the type of hamster that will come out to any type of noise around her cage and demand your attention. She is friendly but very opinionated, like most girls 💁🏼‍♀️. She will require a cage over 800sq inches with lots of bedding for burrowing.
