✨ Meet Electra ✨
When Electra arrived at a local shelter, she was placed on the euthanasia list. Not only was her life in danger, but the lives of her unborn puppies were too. 💔 This beautiful gray Mountain Cur mix came to us ready to pop, and just days later, she delivered seven tiny babies at our vet clinic.
Tragically, only three of her puppies survived. But Electra’s love never wavered. She has been a devoted, gentle, and nurturing mom through it all. 🐾💞
Her story could have ended before it ever began—if not for our incredible fosters. They stepped in without hesitation, providing Electra and her puppies with safety, warmth, and love. Because of them, Electra’s life was spared, and her surviving puppies will grow up knowing the care and compassion every animal deserves.
At just two years old, Electra embodies resilience and unconditional love. She reminds us why we do this work and why every life—no matter how big or small—matters.
We are endlessly grateful to our fosters, volunteers, and supporters who make miracles like Electra’s possible. Without you, her story would have had a much different ending. 💙
