Holy Snow Forecast 🥶🌨️ if we get the snow they are calling for; which right now is about 10" Saturday and 6" Sunday 😯, we will likely have to move some grooms coming up next week! Please just bear with us through this & we will work to get everyone in as we can 🙏 Stay safe & warm 🐾

Good Morning ❤️ Just wanting to touch on a couple things 🐾
☝️ - the no show/cancellation policy;
We understand life happens and everyone will forget an appt at some point in time or have something come up and need to reschedule. We are all humans. However, we have had quite a few the past two weeks 😞 So I just wanted to explain that when someone doesn't show up, we don't make money for that time frame because there isn't enough time to get someone else in your spot when it's a late notice cancellation or no show. This is why we charge the 50% scheduled service fee to cover some of that lost income.
✌️ If you reach out after we have closed for the day (typically 1-2 pm), I will reach out when we open the following day. But please consider that our number is my personal cell phone. I have received texts and calls about grooms clear up until 10 pm at times. I am considering getting another number specifically for the business however I have wanted to avoid having to pay for that 😣

When I thought of the name for our business, I knew it would have to have something about family in it. Not only because we are a big family, but mostly because I knew I would make lasting friendships with our clients and their dogs. ❤️
They instantly become FAMILY. Unfortunately, one of our clients has some declining health and a family member out of state has taken his dog; as he is not physically able to care for him. This means we won't likely see him again 😞
I knew being an older gentleman that he might not have any pictures of Koda. I edited a photo of him and had a print made 🐾 my son and I surprised him with lunch & a photo. His heart was touched : My heart was touched.
You are all family and all special to us - you, your dog(s), your stories, your quirks. Just know that we truly view you all like family and appreciate every one of you 🖤
