Meet some adoptable pets!

💛 Jasper is a 3-year-old Labrador Retriever who is waiting for his forever play partner! He’s such a playful boy and has been our Fetch a Friend go-to because he LOVES adventure.

🐾 Ebenezer is a 5-year-old German Shepherd with a heart of gold! He’s currently in foster care where he’s been enjoying lots of hikes with a healthy amount of cuddles after! Email our foster coordinator [email protected] if you want to meet this handsome boy.

🍌 Dude is a 2-year-old quirky little guy. He’s so goofy and super treat motivated. Want to teach a cat some tricks? Dude may be your man!

🩶 Aurora is a 4-year-old Pitbull Terrier who we like to call a sentient sweet potato. She’s such a sweet girl who would love to lounge in the sun all day and cuddle all night.

Join us on September 13th at Avery Park for the 18th annual Heart of the Valley Homebrewers Septembeerfest - and help support our furry friends at Heartland Humane while you're at it!

This beloved Corvallis tradition showcases the best regional craft beers, ciders, and meads, and serves as the highlight of Corvallis Beer Week. When you volunteer, you're not just helping create an amazing community celebration - you're directly supporting animal welfare too as Heartland is a beneficiary of this event!

Kittens Are Arriving at Heartland

Kitten Season has officially begun! Heartland is closed to the public, but our work with the animals continues. We need your help now more than ever. Make a donation today or shop items from our Kitten Season Wish List. Make sure to include your contact information in the gift receipt so that we can thank you. Monetary and in-kind donations are tax deductible.

Heartland has already received our first litters of bottle babies. These newborns went straight to foster homes where they will receive critical nutrition and socialization until they are old enough to be in the shelter. Heartland remains an open intake shelter for animals in Benton County. If you find kittens, please wait before moving them (mother may be hiding close by). If you suspect they are without a mother cat, please email us for next steps: [email protected].
