Check out the water before you let your dog in!

These are never fun posts, but we are here to keep your pet as healthy as possible and sometimes that comes with reminders of the dangers that exist in our beautiful state.

⚠The OVMA (Oregon Veterinary Medical Association) has released a warning that there are several toxic algae blooms across the state that have resulted in at least one dog's death due to exposure to them (near Sand Lake).

The warning from the OVMA advises that water that looks foamy, scummy, thick, pea-green, blue-green, or brownish red should be avoided.

Hello! This is an odd post to make but I think it's necessary. I have gotten multiple phone calls over the last couple days of people asking me if I know how to get them in touch with Hannah from Dogz Rule. I want to be clear that I don't know her, I have never met her, and she doesn't work for me. I don't know why people think I have that information, but please understand that I do not.

Good morning! I just want to let everyone know that we are incredibly aware of the weather situation today and tomorrow and will be doing our best to get to as many appointments as we can while also still getting to our homes safely. Anyone that we need to reschedule will get a phone call. I completely understand that the people that need to be rescheduled will be disappointed that there is no way to have your dog groomed before Christmas, but this situation is completely out of our hands.

I do have quite a few people waiting on a call back from me at the moment for scheduling their appointments. I appreciate your patience and am getting through calls as soon as I can! Things have been incredibly hectic lately.
