Trinity Valley

Trinity Valley Farm fresh creamline milk bottled straight from the farm. The fancy term for this old-fashioned method is low-temperature vat pasteurization. Yum!

Our Process

We process our milk as little as allowable to keep the important enzymes and “good” bacteria there to work for you. The milk is held at 145 degrees for 30 minutes and then cooled as quickly as possible. This gives milk (the kind many of us remember as kids) the smooth, sweet taste of yesteryear and preserves the naturally occurring enzymes that help your body to easily digest it. Gra

nted, this process takes more effort but we don't mind. The great taste is worth every minute. Our milk also is unhomogenized, a rare find these days and a return to nostalgia when a thick layer of cream rose to the top of each bottle. Our Milk Is Non-Homogenized

Maybe you grew up thinking homogenized milk is a good thing. Ours is pasteurized and bottled at Trinity Valley, but it is not homogenized. And for a good reason: so your body can digest the cream and use the fat for energy and nutrients. Plus, our low-temperature pasteurization process, ensures that our milk is safe and doesn’t destroy enzymes needed for digestion. Numerous medical studies, including those from the Department of Agriculture, the American Heart Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics, suggests that whole milk also burns fat, builds muscles, makes bones healthier, lowers blood pressure and helps prevent certain cancers. In other words, it’s just plain good for you. Grab some cookies; you’ll want to dunk ’em.

The Benefits of Low-Temperature Pasteurization 🥛✨

At the farm, we believe in LOW-temperature pasteurization to preserve the natural, God-made goodness of our Jersey milk. Unlike high-temp processing, this method gently heats milk to 145°F for 30 minutes, maintaining its fresh flavor and nutritional value. Here’s why it’s better:

✅ Preserves Nutrients – Retains essential vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that support digestion and overall health.

✅ Better Flavor – Keeps the natural, creamy taste of farm-fresh milk without the “cooked” flavor of ultra-pasteurized milk.

✅ Easier to Digest – Protects beneficial enzymes that aid in digestion, making it gentler on the stomach.

✅ Supports Local & Sustainable Dairy – Small-batch processing ensures quality control and keeps milk as close to nature as possible.

Experience the difference with our rich, creamy, low-temp pasteurized milk—just like God intended! 🐂🥛

Took a break while trimming fence lines and was reminded of something simple but powerful.

No phone. No music. Just the sound of wind in the trees, birds singing, and the sun warming my face. Alone in God’s creation, surrounded by stillness and peace.

Moments like this remind me why I love farm life.

>>If you get a chance, get away from the noise today and sit in nature! 🍃

If you see this handsome, always a cocoa-pint-in-hand, cookie-lovin' fella today, wish him a happy birthday! 🎉

He reminds us often the importance of enjoyin' the life that God has set before us. Whether that means taking some time away from the farm, taking extra time to chat with our neighbors, or playing with his grandchildren- the quality time he gives out freely is. just. special.

If you've got a birthday wish or fun story with this guy, we'd love to pass it to him 👇
