The Tomato Guys of Cortez welcome you to our fall-winter program. While most produce vendors are done for the year, we're just getting started. The greenhouse is now largely stocked with newer plants, and we expect our next big harvest in time for Christmas. Supply will be limited for the next few weeks.
We opened our greenhouse in October, 2019, and hence are marking our 5th anniversary in the tomato business. To tell you the truth, it's been a blast. We have the greatest group of customers in the world. To celebrate this (and Gerry's return to good health), we're going to do something extra special with the Christmas party.
We again have a great slate of winter events. Please make note of the dates as they're going to be good. More details to follow.

Sunday, November 24, 2024 - 12:00 to 2:00pm - Thanksgiving Pre-Order Pickup Event.
Sunday, December 22, 2024 - 12:00 to 2:00pm - Christmas Party and Pre-Order Pickup Event. Please make a note of the date and try to come. This one is going to be memorable!
Sunday, February 9, 2025 - 12:00 to 2:00pm - Superbowl Pizza Party and Pre-Order Pickup Event. This is where we feed you Gerry's superb homemade pizza!
Warehouse Winter Market - Karlos Baca has informed me they plan to again run this interesting once-a-month market (was third Sunday last year) downtown at their 30 Beech Street location. This is an extremely convenient location for those who live in town. I plan to attend and will be encouraging some of the other popular vendors to participate.
By the way, we offer free greenhouse tours at all our events.

We offer pre-order driveway pickup service at our greenhouse location (near Safeway) year-round. Tomatoes are always $2.50/lb. We have abundant lettuce in the summer and limited hydroponic lettuce in the winter. We periodically offer our excellent home baked products. We ask that you always pre-order a day or two or more in advance. We do prefer noonish pickups.
Our service and events are limited to our members and invited guests. We are not open to the general public. To be a member we need your last name, phone number, and email address. There are no fees or obligations. In the summer, we do sell at the Dolores Farmers Market and through Barbara Anderson (the Snack Patch) at the Cortez Market (at the going market price).
We look forward to seeing everyone this winter.
