Still searching for a facility to run a small program in Santa Cruz Co. Santa Clara Co. Monterey Co. Hunter/jumper, equine rehabilitation, and therapeutic wellness. All programs are on pause and our 6 school horses are in a temporary pasture in turnouts as we desperately try not to shut down while continuing to advertise. Approx 6 stalls are needed and turnouts or room to build them. Fully self sufficient clean, quiet and organized program with equipment to set up to operate independently. Eurocisor, vitafloor, quad, drags, etc ready to move immediately. A shocking notice of non-renewal of our lease was received due to the facility owner taking the facility back for herself and her trainer. Facility reference is available. Open to creative ideas out there but looking for privacy. Lease your small home facility? Lease a barn? Dry stall fee? Cant pay big board prices with that many lesson horses so very self sufficient.

11 days ago my Mom showed up with her tractor and scraped in a round pen in a pasture that I was graciously offered to use for a temp set up so I didn’t have to shut down while I kept looking for a facility. So thankful to them 🙏 Some anchor posts were set 5 days ago with some help and Ive spend days alone working nonstop becoming the master electric fence grid and facility builder doing this on the tightest budget imaginable with this program paused. Horses got moved today and sand is being delivered tomorrow for the round pen. We are on schedule to restart beginner lessons only here on the first. No jumping lessons (nothing beyond a round pen) at this time until we find a new home. Still on the hunt for a small private facility to lease as that’s the only way this business model truly financially works to run all the programs offered without overworking the school horses. With half the school horses not teaching and their bills not stopping, we can only hang on in this situation so long, so please reach out if you know of any opportunities! Santa Cruz County. Monterey County. Santa Clara County. Tax credit donations happily accepted while most programs are on pause. Thank you 🙏

Still searching for a facility or a few small affordable acres to possibly buy to save investments. Santa Cruz Co. Santa Clara Co. Monterey Co. All programs are shutting down this week and a temporary pasture is being set up with pens currently to move the horses to as we desperately try not to shut down. Approx 6-8 stalls needed and turnouts or room to build them. Fully self sufficient program with equipment to set up to operate independently. Eurocisor, vitafloor, quad, drags, stall feeder/cleaner, ready to move. A shocking notice of non-renewal of our lease was received due to the facility owner taking the facility back for herself and her trainer now after all programs were up and running with remodel finally done. Open to creative ideas out there but looking for privacy…. Lease your small home facility? Lease a barn? Purchase a few bare acres someone wants to sell? Dry stall fee? Cant pay big board prices with most horses being lesson horses so very self sufficient. Current facility reference available.

As our time comes to an unfortunate end at our current facility, we will be pausing all of our programs and jumping lessons besides beginner flat lessons and taking the horses to our home pasture as we continue to look for another facility to operate out of, fighting not to shut completely down. Starting July 1st we will only offer beginner riding lessons at this time with not having a jumping arena or facilities to accommodate our programs. If you know of any possible opportunities please contact us. Thank you for the support through this unreal difficult time. Appreciate the people that stuck in till the end and are still keeping hope ❤️🙏💔
