Amy O's Dog Grooming Started a new FT job... only grooming on Saturdays and they've filled up quick! I don't check messenger, I only respond to texts. Have any questions just ask!

Slowly slowing down, I'm not doing a lot of large breeds anymore. I bring great patience to the grooming table. I don't like to rush, not money hungry! I will do everything I can to make sure you dog has the best experience possible. I go at a slower pace to ensure a good experience. I keep my prices low so no one has an excuse to not get their dogs groomed.

Its never easy getting news that one of you sweetest clients pass away. My sweet Butters passed away in his sleep last night. Prayers for his family and his brother JuJu who is sad. These standard poodles always brightened my day. Butters would always go straight to my table and get up there, he liked going first. Breaks my heart when the good ones pass. He's running the streets of gold in heaven with his grandma and great grandma. Gonna miss this sweet, goofy boy!

Friendly Reminder... its HOT outside. Stop taking your dogs out on the hot pavement. 🔥 I've seen too many poor dogs out today with owners burning their paw pads and making them walk when they're trying to get in shade. Walk barefoot yourself with your dog so you know how it feels.

Advice from a dog groomer... when sending a spouse to drop off the dog, please send proper instructions for the groomer. Don't leave it up to the spouse. I dont know what, " don't make him look gay" means.

I have some availability left for June. I have some for next week, 10th, 11th, 14th and 15th. Also 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th.
Reminder July 3rd is when I start to slow down for the rest of the year. If you text me and I'm able to get your dog in then I will schedule the appt. Always good to have a backup. Once my son starts backup which is July 17th, we won't get an intercession week for 6 weeks. I will groom on those weeks and also maybe 2 Saturdays a month.

Announcement!!🎉 I have taken a FT position at my son's school. 🙌 My last grooming day will be July 3rd.😲 I am only going to be grooming very PT once I start at the school. He goes year round and has 1 week off every 6 weeks, I will groom those weeks and maybe 1 or 2 Saturdays a month. As if it wasn't already hard enough to get an appt I've done made it worse. 🙃 sorry! I've been grooming for 20yrs and in this Texas heat for 8yrs. I'm looking forward to this new journey with my baby boy and with the school. I am taking a week vacation to see family in Indiana June 17th - 24th. If I like your dog/s I will work them in my schedule. Obviously appts that have been scheduled will be kept. Text me if you have questions, I don't check messenger for my business page. This is why I haven't accepted new clients. Thank you all for always being so patient with me and for always being flexible. Thank you for always trusting me with your dog/s. I really don't know a lot of groomers because early on I saw how ugly they can get, judgemental. Instead of offering up kind advice they want to leave nasty voicemails. No groomers are the same. We all have our own kind of style, rules and prices.
