At De Colores Child Development Center, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our mission is to foster a love for learning and ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our care. We celebrate diversity, creativity, and collaboration among our staff and families.
We are looking for:
1️⃣ Passionate educators with a love for working with young children.
2️⃣ Experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome new graduates!
3️⃣ Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and families.
4️⃣ A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
5️⃣ Flexibility and adaptability, especially for floaters who will work across different age groups.
