Remember this sweet girl, Elanor?! She’s now Emma Lou, and she’s settling beautifully into her forever home! 🩷🐾
Her family says Emma Lou is super playful, loves her treats, and is getting more comfortable with her new home and family every day. She’s even established a very important bedtime routine: when it’s time for bed, you can find her tucked away in her favorite spot underneath the bed. 😂
But when her people come home from work? It’s time for cuddles and nose kisses! 🥹💕 We’d say this little lady has found herself a pretty wonderful life.
We absolutely love seeing our former residents so happy and loved. Happy forever, Emma Lou! 🏡🐱💗

There are 50 cats you can’t see in this picture.

These two little faces are just 2 of 52 cats and kittens who have come through our doors in the last two weeks.

Every one of those 52 needs the whole package: vaccines, deworming, flea prevention, microchipping, spay or neuter surgery, food, litter, and daily care. That’s 52 brand-new little lives to get healthy, cared for, and ready for homes, all at once.

So today, $2 Tuesday is for the 52. ❤️

Somewhere outside the frame of this very peaceful photo are 50 more reasons we’re asking. 😹

📣 WE’RE HIRING: SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC MANAGER 🐾

The Cattery is looking for an experienced Spay/Neuter Clinic Manager to lead our high-volume clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas.

HQHVSN (High-Quality, High-Volume Spay/Neuter) experience is strongly preferred. We’re looking for someone who understands the very specific pace, systems, and challenges of a high-volume spay/neuter environment.

Our Clinic Manager will be an active part of clinic operations and will work alongside the team during surgery days, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day management of the clinic.

🐱 Responsibilities include:

* Working hands-on as part of the surgical team
* Managing daily clinic and surgical workflow
* Training, coaching, and developing clinic staff
* Ensuring team members are properly trained on protocols, procedures, patient care, safety, and efficiency
* Maintaining consistent standards and accountability across the clinic
* Supporting and coordinating with veterinarians and surgical staff
* Troubleshooting problems and keeping busy surgery days moving
* Helping continually improve systems, training, and efficiency

We’re looking for someone with:

* HQHVSN / high-volume spay-neuter experience
* Strong hands-on veterinary/surgical experience
* Leadership and team-management skills
* Experience training and developing staff
* Excellent organization and communication
* The ability to lead while also jumping in and doing the work
* A commitment to excellent patient care and safety
* A genuine passion for spay/neuter and its role in saving lives

This position requires someone who can balance leadership, training, patients, people, protocols, and a whole lot of moving pieces!

Debra was first found by a Good Samaritan wandering around their yard, and it didn’t take long to discover just how sweet—and chatty—this girl really is. She doesn’t just meow at you; Debra will have an entire conversation with you. We’re pretty sure she expects you to answer, too!

She waited a little longer than most to find her first home, so we were thrilled when her turn finally came. Unfortunately, allergies in the household eventually brought her back to us.

Now we’re determined to make sure Debra gets another chance. She is still the same affectionate, talkative sweetheart we know and love, and she deserves a home where she can settle in for good.

Maybe her first home wasn’t her forever—but her forever could still be you. 🩷

🎬 Meet Drama! 🎬

Don’t let the tiny package fool you—Drama is 8 months old and somehow still pocket-sized! 💕

Drama’s story started at a movie theater, where this tiny kitten was hanging around while passersby fed her popcorn. Unfortunately, she was also dealing with an untreated upper respiratory infection that left one of her eyes with a bit of a permanent glaze. We think it just adds to what makes Drama uniquely Drama. ✨

Since coming into our care, we’ve had the privilege of watching this little girl completely blossom. What was once a kitten trying to survive outside is now an absolute sweetheart who LOVES being pet—and yes, she’s even a certified belly-rub enthusiast!

Drama may be small, but she has so much love packed into that tiny body. She’s ready to trade her movie theater beginnings for cozy beds, belly rubs, and a forever family of her very own. 🍿❤️
