When temperatures reach below 32 degrees, all pets must be brought inside. A good rule of thumb is that if you're cold outside, so is your pet. CCACS Officers will be available 24/7 beginning Monday, January 15, to Wednesday, January 17, to respond to reports regarding animals left out in cold weather.

Need to report a violation? Call 311 or 361- 886-2600 (after hours).
