What is your New Year's Resolution?

Understanding your gifts, talents, and natural abilities helps us be successful to a given point. Moving to excellence and real growth requires understanding those areas we may not understand or utilize. This new understanding can set the stage of the development of new thoughts, behaviors, skills and attitudes. Once we understand, we can chart the path and achieve our New Year Resolution.
My resolution is to focus on areas that I do not pay enough attention:
Introversion - Observing more (thinking before speaking), more measured in my approach, listening first and being more serious
Down to Earth - Look for practicalities and realistic approaches, looking to the tried-and-tested first then the possibilities, focus on observable facts and details before leaping ahead.
Discipline Driven - setting ambitious goals and work towards them, create structure from the chaos, commit to disciplined approaches
