Lovebugs Rescue Lovebugs Rescue is a foster based dog rescue located in Orange County, California. We are a 501C3 Charity located in Orange County, California.

Our focus is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs that have been neglected, abandoned or are at risk for euthanasia. We are an all breed, all age foster based rescue organization.

AMELIA

Amelia is a darling 4-year-old, 19 lb Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix with a heart full of love and a personality that will melt yours! This sweet mama did an amazing job raising her four adorable puppies, and now that her mama duties are behind her, it’s finally Amelia’s turn to be someone’s baby!

Amelia is a devoted little companion who forms strong bonds with her people. Once she decides you’re her person, she’ll happily follow you to the ends of the Earth! She’s the kind of girl who just wants to be close to her favorite humans, whether that means tagging along for a walk or curling up nearby for a cozy afternoon nap.

Amelia gets along well with other dogs and would be happy sharing her home with a canine companion, but she’d be equally content soaking up all the love as your one and only. She’s an easygoing, lower-energy gal who enjoys her daily walks and then happily settles in for some well-deserved relaxation.

Even better, Amelia is potty trained, walks nicely on leash, and is well mannered around the home. She’s a wonderful combination of affectionate, loyal, and laid-back!

After dedicating herself to raising her little family, Amelia is ready for a forever home where she can be the center of someone’s world. If you’re looking for a sweet, devoted companion who will love you with her whole heart, Amelia just might be your perfect match!

These adorable little nuggets Lidia, Hughes, Yeager & Wiley made their way to Lovebugs Rescue all the way from the Visalia shelter, where they were surrendered along with their mama, Amelia.

These sweet babies arrived with skin infections and demodex mange (which is not contagious), but they’re on the mend and getting healthier by the day! In the meantime, they’re busy doing what puppies do best—playing, exploring, making new friends, and soaking up all the love in their foster home!

These spunky little cuties are as sweet as can be! They adore everyone they meet, love romping around with other dogs, and have the most darling personalities. They’re full of puppy curiosity, playful energy, and plenty of snuggles!

We believe these little Lovebugs are Chihuahua/Pomeranian mixes and expect them to remain in the small-breed range when fully grown.

With their adorable faces, happy-go-lucky personalities, and endless charm, these tiny tots are sure to steal hearts wherever they go!
