This year is all about new beginnings—starting fresh, making peace with the past, and looking ahead to what’s to come.

With that being said, we are so proud to introduce Northfield’s New Beginning, aka “Nugget.” 🐴✨ He is the very first foal of Rich Farms Sylvee, and we truly couldn’t be more in love. And can we just take a moment to talk about how handsome he already is?

Nugget is especially meaningful, as he is the last foal from our beloved Deighton Samuel, out of Sylvee—a bittersweet and beautiful moment for us.

Gladwin Jubilee Jada also welcomed a handsome c**t, Northfield Master’s Ozzy Winston, by Horsman Master—a strong, smart little guy who was standing and nursing within just 30 minutes of birth, with no guidance at all.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has supported Brett and I and helped us navigate our own new beginnings. Your encouragement means more than you know. 💙

All home after another successful Fryeburg Fair. Everyone did great in all of their classes and we definitely had a great time.
So incredibly proud of the Northfield Farm team of winning the herdsmen award this year. All the hard work and education ideas we put together paid off.
I’m going to wrap up the post with a shout out to Denise Joy, a friend and shire owner, who has shown along side us the past couple years and has always been quick to lend us a hand (and been game for our shenanigans). This was her first Fryeburg Fair with Luke in cart and I’d say they look fabulous.
