Over the years, we have implemented various measures to minimize the risk of non-payment, ensuring we can continue to provide top-notch service. Unfortunately, some individuals continue to take advantage of our services without compensation. If you have noticed that your yard is no longer being cleaned, we suggest verifying your payment history. To maintain fairness and kindness, we will be returning dog waste to properties with outstanding balances. This means that if multiple bags were removed from your property, you can expect to see them returned if payment has not been made. We work diligently to provide quality service and appreciate kindness, respect, and timely payments in return. We are committed to providing outstanding service and appreciate your support in our mission to provide for our family. Also, we will be taking a down payment for initial cleanings from now on.

Initial cleanings - If your property requires extensive attention and significant time, an initial cleaning charge will be applied. Our time is valuable, and prolonged stays at a single property impact our ability to serve other customers. Our standard rate is $25 per bucket, subject to change based on yard conditions and circumstances.
Weekly regular visits will begin after the initial cleaning. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you! 🙏
