We had a successful cat TNR (trap/neuter/release) event on Saturday!

We sterilized 56 cats- 42 females and 16 males.
Conservatively, that's something like 300 less kittens in the next year!

We would like to thank our sponsors, who allowed us to offer a discounted program.
Zoetis, Merck, MWI, Patterson, Dechra, and Cordell Hospital.

Special thank you to Lisa Greogry and Hope Hambright with CASP for doing all the legwork getting cats signed up AND helping recover during the day.

One final thank you to all our volunteers! Everyone took a full Saturday to work their tails off to help the community, and we appreciate it so much!

LJ was the best little patient yesterday for his puppy vaccines!

We have seen an increased number of parvo cases over the last month. It's important to be sure your puppy's booster schedule is correct and tailored to their specific needs to ensure they are protected!

We are seeing a HUGE outbreak of kennel cough right now!

If your dog goes anywhere where they are around other dogs- groomer, boarding, parks, friends' houses- we strongly recommend giving a kennel cough vaccine, preferably 2 weeks prior to exposure.

Founded in 2017, Harper Veterinary Services strives to provide high quality, affordable veterinary care for Cordell and the surrounding areas.

We focus on providing herd health care for beef cattle and preventive care for small animals.

Our services for cattle include: herd health protocols, vaccinations, breeding soundness exams, portable hydraulic chute, pregnancy exams, calf pulls, farm calls, etc.

For small animal, we provide vaccinations, surgical procedures including spay/neuter, general soft tissue surgery, radiology, in-house bloodwork, general sick pet exams and diagnostics, allergy consultations, dental care, etc.
