Good evening all.

I hope you're all done with fall cleanup and ready for our first blast of winter tonight into tomorrow.

I felt it important enough to send out a quick email tonight as some of you already know our winter policy, but half of you folks are just joining us this year and haven't been through a winter season and I've had a few questions already.

We do scoop p**p throughout the winter.🥶
This helps ensure your yards are as clean as possible come spring and your yards are minimally damaged also saving you money come spring cleanup season.

However, as stated in our Terms of Service on our webpage, if we get more than 3 inches of snow, or the wind is blowing hard enough to be unsafe, we'll pass scooping that day until the next week or closest available time to come back safely.

The current forecast is multiple inches of snow mixed with 40-50 mph winds tomorrow. See attached image.

Additionally, with Thanksgiving and Christmas both falling on Thursdays this year... If I can, I'd like to plan your visit either the day before or the day after. Of course- depending on the weather.

I'll contact those affected by weather on Wednesday and Thursday's schedule in the morning individually in another email.
