⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING KNOX WHITLEY VOUCHERS ⚠️

Corbin Animal Health & Wellness happily accepts Knox Whitley Animal Shelter spay/neuter vouchers. However, due to ongoing issues, the following rules will be strictly enforced:
• Only 2 vouchers will be accepted per surgical day – no exceptions.
• You must notify us at the time of scheduling that you plan to use a voucher.
• The voucher must be presented at check-in on the day of surgery, or it will not be honored.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the voucher not being accepted.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we continue to provide quality care for our patients while maintaining fairness and organization.
