Regular maintenance is critical to your dog's comfort and well-being and is an essential part of maintaining their overall health. Our base package, the E-scent-ials, includes a bath, ear cleaning, nail clip and teeth brushing. We also offer blow-drying, haircuts, and additional services such as gland expression, shedding, plaque reduction and flea/tick treatments. We’ll stay on top of your dog’s basic grooming needs, which means one less thing for you to worry about.

Short answer: It depends! 💨 🐶 Some coats are happier being towel-dried; others need a full blow-out to lift loose undercoat & dry to the skin. We recommend what keeps your dog comfortable, not just “what looks cute."

How long is a visit? It’s built to be quick by design and thorough during the service.
The Basic Hygiene covers a bath, ear cleaning, nail trimming, teeth brushing, plus a 6-point S.C.E.N.T. wellness check, then you’re out the door. 🚪 🐕 🫧

The base ends with a towel-dry to keep time (and cost) down; if your dog actually needs a blow-dry/brush-out, you can easily add it, and yes, that adds a few minutes.

What sets the clock: ⏱️
Your dog’s size + coat, coat condition, any add-ons (blow-out, de-shed, haircut), and your pup’s comfort level that day.

The routine stays the same, so visits stay calmer.

After each visit, you’ll get a S.C.E.N.T. check so you can track little changes between appointments.

First time with us? Make sure vaccinations are up to date before you come in; it keeps everyone safe and speeds up check-in.
