Meet Nova!
This petite cutie is a 13-pound mix of Corgi and Chihuahua (also known as a Chorgi) and is just under 2 years old, with a birthday on November 12, 2023. Nova was transferred to us from a regional shelter along with her sister, Nancy, after being surrendered due to family health issues. Nova is a curious, playful girl who walks well on a leash. This affectionate sweetie adores cuddles and attention, making her an excellent companion who likely won’t want to leave your side! Like many pups with Corgi and Chihuahua roots, she may have a stubborn streak, so she’ll do best with an adopter who can provide calm, consistent leadership and maintain a steady routine. She was raised with her sister, so she’s comfortable around other small dogs and is open to meeting new canine companions. She can also be cat-tested upon request. Given her breed mix and possible herding instincts, we think she’d do best in a home with older kids rather than toddlers. Facebook friends and family I need your help. A friend needs to rehome him as he is not getting along with the other dog in the household. 3 year old pit / Boston terrier mix.
