To clear up any confusion. There are fees to pick up your animal from the shelter. That includes an impound fee and a daily board fee. After 5 days those animals then become county property. If you don’t want to incur fees. Keep your pets home.

These dogs have been waiting patiently for YOU! If you are considering adding to your family, please come meet them. They are altered, vaccinated, flea treated and de-wormed. If you already have a dog, please bring it so they can meet, and please - ask us to get them out of their kennel so you can see their true personality. Kennel life can be stressful so they don't always show well behind a wire gate.

Everyone is altered, vaccinated, de-wormed, flea treated and comes with a free vet visit before they become available for adoption.

UPDATE: ADOPTED!

B**r cheese is the only one left from his litter. All his other siblings have found their forever homes. B**r Cheese is one of Queso’s litter and has a lot of her mannerisms! B**r thinks he is a big dog and plays with some of our genteeler shelter dogs. Don’t let his cute face fool you , this guy is a hoarder! He has a favorite bed in the office that he brings sticks, cat toys, balls and even brushes too! He likes to act like a bird and sit in shoulders too!

Due to the unexpected price increase on our cat spays/neuters. We will be looking into possibly increasing CAT adoption prices starting in January. We strive to keep our prices low so more people are able to adopt and cats are not sitting in the shelter for long periods of time.
