She came into us as a stray on 4-30, she celebrated her first birthday in the shelter kennels.

Adoption fees are $170 payable in cash or check, appointments are not required to meet any of our animals please stop by to see the dogs we have.

Jackson
15 week old spayed female
Came in as a stray in the middle of May after being found with a sibling while a property owner was cleaning up their yard. Jackson is has spent more time at the shelter then she did on the streets, she is ready for a home!

Stop by the shelter to meet her anytime we are open.

Meet Cash! 🐾 I’m a sweet 5-year-old, Australian Cattle Dog mix, neutered boy who has been waiting at the shelter since July 17th. I’m good with kids and other dogs, house- and crate-trained, and ready to be someone’s loyal best friend. I have an old eye injury, but it doesn’t slow me down one bit! I do like to chase cats, though. ❤️ Please contact the shelter to learn more about me!

Sign up for the next session of our JR volunteer program are open!

Tuesdays 8-11 year olds are 4-5:30 pm
Thursday 12-15 year olds are 4-5:30 pm

Spots are limited to 10 children per age group per week.
There will be one staff member that leads the children in activities around the shelter. From cleaning kennels to giving puppies a bath our juniors do it all to help our shelter run smooth while learning about what it takes to be a good pet owner and help animals in need.

Friendly remind, this Saturday the 8th at noon we will be posting the sign up link for our junior volunteer program.

The program is a weekly recurring activity that the children get to learn about what goes into taking care of the animals at the shelter, help with animal enrichment, learn about the care we provide and what is needed for taking care of a pet.

If your child is in need of Beta club hours or just wants to spend time with animals we are able to help! Space is limited and spots fill fast.
Tuesdays 8-11 years old 4-5:30 pm
Thursday 12-15 years old 4-5:30 pm
