Private lesson student Duke and his mom have been hitting some major milestones in addressing his reactivity towards other dogs. Long gone are the days of exploding at the sight of a dog several hundred yards away, lunging, barking and generally acting a fool.

THIS IS WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO! To say we are thrilled to see our families and students hard work pay off is always an understatement. These boys were having knock down drag outs ending with a couple emergency room visits. Patient, dedicated owners who let us have the space to work in a lengthy behavior modification board and train and in home sessions has left us here. So thrilled for this precious family!

“Hi Paulina, it was almost exactly a year ago that I reached out to you, desperate for help with Pabu and Toby. It’s been a long year, but I can’t believe how much progress they’ve made. For 10 months, we followed the protocols you taught us, to the letter. But then, Pabu seemed to start softening towards Toby. I started letting them have limited together time in the house with his muzzle off, and he did great. As of today, he hasn’t had the muzzle on in 6 weeks.
I’m still VERY cautious. Thanks to your advice and tutoring, I’m much better about watching Pabu and interpreting his stress level. I know, now, when he needs some down time away from crazy little bro. And it’s made an enormous difference.
You got us to this point, 100%. I don’t have the words to thank you, for giving me my friends back.
I hope you and your family are well! We think of you often. 😁”
