Due to the unusual cold we have been experiencing up north some of our 40:1 gallons are arriving frozen due to shipping delays and it has been below -0- .
You must allow your gallons to come to room temperature and warm in a warm bath and invert multiple times to re mix any possible separation. The shampoo is 100 percent safe to use we have been on top of this with our chemists and quality control.
As well ....our fragrance for the last batch was slightly modified by the fragrance manufacturer and is a little different in the spearmint/ eucalyptus balance ,once again this is a unforessen temporary issue and had already been resolved.
This does not effect the safety or performance of our 40:1.
I am sorry for any inconvenience or concerns you may have encountered.
Hopefully this winter is almost behind us
