PAWS mission is to protect and preserve the rights of animals and their owners and assist the owners in meeting their responsibilities to properly care for their animals. Happy Paws is proud to serve this elite group of responsible dog breeders.

We serve the public by providing pet owners with good information and guidance on animal welfare, socialization, treatment, breeding, health, and training of animals.
