UPDATE
Thanks for all of the interest in Birdie.
She has found a wonderful home with a family that has another GWP from our kennel.
So she now has a new best friend, her Uncle Clark.

Please meet Birdie. She’s a 7 month old female that needs her forever home. DOB 10/21/24. Birdie suffered an accident when she was 7 1/2 weeks old, breaking her upper right leg humerus bone. She had a surgical repair with a plate to fix. Lots of down time and therapy and she’s all healed now. She has not slowed down. The only reminder is she holds her leg out to the side. She’s not lame and she plays with the big dogs.
She loves dogs of all ages, loves people but never has meet any kids. Birdie is quite a pistol so probably no small kids. She is a talented retriever and very birdie.
Loves walks on a leash. Beautiful coat and nice markings. And although you’d think that she’d never go in a crate after spending so much time in one healing, she goes in happily and sleeps in a crate.

Available for immediate adoption.
Trixie DOB 06/24/22 , so currently 20months old.
Unfortunately she no longer fits in our kennel line up.
She a very active girl looking for a home where she can live in the house with her family full time. This is a must and I’ll only consider placing her with this condition.
She is crate trained and kennel trained. Full disclosure here she is a ‘spinner’. I myself have had dogs all my life and had no idea what this is. She spins, and I mean spins fast. Both while in her crate and in her big 10’ x20’. She is NOT destructive. She does not chew on the crate or the kennel. Her teeth are perfect and she has never injured herself. I’d call it anticipation spinning. If she sees you coming she’ll start. With the rotation schedule here it’s impossible for her to be in the house with us 24/7.
She needs a better life. Oddly, she never spins in the crate in the car or while traveling so that’s good.
She is good on a leash and enjoys going town and meeting people. Great recall.
She is good in the house and turns into quiet dog so happy to be in the house.
Adoption fee is cost of spaying.

A couple of pictures of the pups today. At this time of year there’s typically about 3 ft of snow where I walked the pups today. Crazy year for sure.
They had a great time running around.
