Bundle Up: Some dogs may need a waterproof coat to keep them snug during walks in the snow.

Paw Protection: Snow and ice can be harsh on your dog's paws. Consider using paw wax or booties to protect their delicate pads from salt, ice, and chemicals.

Shorten Walks: While your dog may love playing in the snow, be mindful of their time outdoors. Shorten walks in extreme cold weather to prevent frostbite or hypothermia.

Wipe Away Salt: Salt and de-icing chemicals can irritate your dog's paws and cause discomfort. After walks, wipe their paws with a damp cloth to remove any residue.
