Hi I'm Sarah! I've been grooming dogs and cats for 7 years and I'm currently grooming at Pride and Pedigree Dog Boarding & Daycare in Concord CA. I specialize in working with dogs that are nervous for the grooming process and help them to overcome their fear and to begin loving being pampered during their "spaw" day. I believe in individualized grooming services and not "assembly line" grooming. T

his means that I schedule appointments one at a time so I can focus directly on your dog/cat and have them ready for you sooner. Hey everyone,
just a gentle reminder that payment is due upon services rendered, unless you’ve talked with me beforehand.

I’m a small business owner and this is my full-time job. This is not some kind of hobby, where the money I make from it is inconsequential. This is how I support myself and my family, and late payments have an effect on my own timely payments for both my business and my personal life.
if you need a little extra time to pay for your appointment, I am more than happy to work with you and extend grace, but I should not have to consistently reach out for people to pay me days or even weeks after their appointment.

I don’t like having to make a post like this, but I’m hoping that this helps to resolve the issue.
Going forward, if you need a little extra time to pay, please talk with me beforehand, I’m always happy to work with you! Thank you everyone for your understanding! ☺️🫶🏻
