Sara has been working with dogs in North Carolina for the last 5 years, but has worked with them on and off throughout her life. She lives on an acre with 2 separately fenced in yards for double the play space! She offers in-home boarding with a much homier feel than the traditional boarding facility. She also can travel to your home if that is better suited for you and your dog's needs! As a life-long dog lover, her goal is to make every dog feel totally safe and at home while under her
care.

Our Story

Elle Novick(owner) has 9+ years experience in animal care, offering in home care, boarding, day-care and daily visits in Concord NC and surrounding areas. We are long time animal lovers at A girl and her dogs and we love welcoming visitors into our home! We are located in Concord NC and all our boarding dogs are in our home. We have a dog room and crate area as well as sections of the house gated to separate dogs with different energy and of course a huge dog yard! We truly care about your pets comfort, safety and well being during their stay!

In March of 2016, Sara (A Girl and Her Dogs, Too) came to work for Elle after being a close family friend for many years. Then in January of the following year, Elle made an incredible offer and A Girl and Her Dogs, Too was born and here we are now!!!
